Somatic movement coach, energy worker, and creator of Somatic Dance Arts. Here to guide you back into your body, and through what words alone could never reach.
Described as "mesmerising, hypnotic even" by The Daily Telegraph and featured in The Guardian, the Evening Standard and Metro, I'm a somatic movement coach, energy worker, and the former founder of AcroYogaDance, one of London's most celebrated movement studios.
With 25 years in dance and embodiment. including work alongside renowned choreographer Siobhan Davies. I stand at the intersection of art, healing, and the nervous system.
Over time, my path deepened into yoga, energy work and somatic healing. I ran my own studio, trained under some of the most respected teachers in embodied practice, and eventually wove everything into Somatic Dance Arts: a methodology that layers pranayama, sound, chakra work, personal development and somatic dance into a journey that genuinely transforms people.
People come to my sessions feeling disconnected, stuck in their heads, unsure how to inhabit themselves. They leave feeling alive, open and seen.
This is what I want to share with you.

You've done group work and you're ready to go further. into something more intimate, with more space for what comes up.
Grief, relationship change, a shift in identity or direction. The body holds all of it. private sessions help you move through rather than around.
You're a yoga teacher, therapist, coach or facilitator who wants private somatic work alongside your professional training.
You want to prepare your body before the Inner Journey, or integrate what opened during it with continued personal support.
You've talked about it, thought about it, and still something sits heavy. The body often knows what the mind doesn't yet have words for.
Not everything needs a reason. Sometimes you simply know you need a dedicated space to breathe, move, and be witnessed without expectation.
Private sessions are always held online via Zoom. All you need is a private space where you can move freely.
We begin with a free 20-minute conversation. Pip will listen to where you are, what you're moving through, and whether private sessions are the right container for you right now.
Pip creates space for you to arrive fully. The session draws on whichever modalities feel most relevant. movement, breath, sound, chakra work, somatic release. guided entirely by what your body needs.
After each session, Pip shares personal notes and reflections. You'll receive simple suggestions to continue the integration between sessions at your own pace.

I've grown so quickly over a short period of time. I didn't expect somatic dance to reach me the way it did. It bypassed everything my mind had put up as a barrier.
I am hugely pleased with my progress. The three days gave me a ritual I actually look forward to, something that belongs entirely to me.
Something I'd been carrying for years just lifted. I left feeling lighter than I have in a long time.
It changed my life.
It was much more than a dance class. It was a journey of awareness and self-expression.
It will challenge your perception of what you can do.

No. Private sessions are suitable for complete beginners and experienced movers alike. Pip meets you exactly where you are, with no expectation of prior experience.
A private space where you can move freely, comfortable clothes, and a Zoom connection. Pip will guide you through everything from the moment you arrive.
This is often exactly what the work invites. Pip is trained to hold somatic space safely. including when deeper emotion surfaces. Nothing is forced or rushed.
Somatic dance sessions work through the body, not primarily through conversation or analysis. They can complement therapy beautifully. If you have specific mental health concerns, Pip may suggest additional support from a qualified therapist alongside your sessions.
If you're reading this, you're probably ready. The clarity call is a no-pressure way to explore whether the timing feels right.
