Immersion · Level 1
Awaken your beauty within by releasing what's stuck and feel more alive through the intelligence of your body.
Live dates: Sat 12 & 19 Sept · 3 Oct 2026 · via Zoom · No experience needed
"Some pain doesn't respond to words. It lives quietly in the body, waiting to be released."
Does this sound familiar?
You hold it together for everyone, but inside, something quietly feels off.
You feel things deeply but push it down, stay busy, and still wonder why you feel stuck.
You've tried therapy, self-work, being more disciplined, and still something sits heavy in your body.
You want a life that actually matches who you are inside, without it feeling forced or performed.
Tight chest, heavy hips, a fatigue that rest doesn't fix, your body is carrying more than it should.
You want to feel free and fully yourself again. Not woo-woo. Just honest, open, at home in your own skin.
A message from Pip
Watch before you decide — this is Pip in her own words, sharing what the Inner Journey is, why she created it, and what becomes possible when you stop managing how you feel and start moving through it.

What this changes
Most of us were never taught how to feel; only how to manage, suppress or explain our emotions. The Inner Journey offers something different: a way back into your body and sensation, where real change begins not by thinking harder, but by reconnecting with what you can actually feel.
I'm ready, show me how
The Inner Journey
The Inner Journey is a guided immersion into your body, your emotions and the parts of yourself you may have disconnected from. Through nervous system regulation, embodiment exercises, somatics, feminine and sensual movement, and emotion release practices, you'll begin to release what's been held within and reconnect with your beauty, aliveness and inner wisdom.
Across three live Saturdays (or at your own pace), you'll explore the emotional, energetic, physical and spiritual layers of yourself — moving gently through the body to soften tension that words alone can't reach, while awakening a deeper, more grounded and embodied connection to who you are.

In their own words
"I've grown so quickly over a short period of time. I didn't realise how much I was holding in my body until this gave me permission to let it go."
"I am hugely pleased with my progress. I came in sceptical, I'm not a 'dancer', but that completely dissolved. This is about being human."
"Something shifted in me that therapy never quite touched. I feel lighter, more myself, and I actually look forward to mornings now."
About Pip
Nervous System Coach and former co-founder of AcroYogaDance.
Described as "mesmerising, hypnotic even" by The Daily Telegraph and featured in The Guardian, the Evening Standard and Metro, I'm a Nervous System Coach and former founder of AcroYogaDance, one of London's most celebrated movement studios. With 25 years in dance and embodiment, including work alongside renowned choreographer Siobhan Davies, I stand at the intersection of art, healing, and the nervous system.
Over time, my path deepened into yoga, energy work and somatic healing. I ran my own studio, trained under some of the most respected teachers in embodied practice, and eventually wove everything I had learned into Somatic Dance Academy, a methodology that layers meditation, pranayama, sound, personal development and somatic dance into a journey that genuinely transforms people.
People come to my sessions feeling disconnected, stuck in their heads, unsure of how to inhabit themselves. They leave feeling alive, open and seen.
This is what I want to share with you.
