This isn't a dance class. There are no mirrors, no choreography, no right way to move. The Inner Journey is a guided somatic immersion drawing on intuitive movement, somatic experiencing, pranayama, chakra work, sound, and meditation. A whole-body approach to releasing what's been stored.

Across three live Saturdays (or at your own pace), you'll explore each layer of self. emotional, energetic, physical, and spiritual. moving gently through the body to soften tension that talk therapy couldn't reach, and awakening a deeper, more grounded version of you. The integration that happens between sessions is where much of the real work unfolds.

About Pip

A Life in

Hi, I'm Pip Elysium

Somatic movement coach, energy worker, and former co-founder of AcroYogaDance.

Described as "mesmerising, hypnotic even" by The Daily Telegraph and featured in The Guardian, the Evening Standard and Metro, I'm a somatic movement coach, energy worker, and the former founder of AcroYogaDance, one of London's most celebrated movement studios. With 25 years in dance and embodiment, including work alongside renowned choreographer Siobhan Davies, I stand at the intersection of art, healing, and the nervous system.

Over time, my path deepened into yoga, energy work and somatic healing. I ran my own studio, trained under some of the most respected teachers in embodied practice, and eventually wove everything I had learned into Somatic Dance Arts, a methodology that layers meditation, pranayama, sound, personal development and somatic dance into a journey that genuinely transforms people.

People come to my sessions feeling disconnected, stuck in their heads, unsure of how to inhabit themselves. They leave feeling alive, open and seen.

Absolutely not. This isn't about technique or performance, it's about your body's innate intelligence. If you've ever swayed to music, breathed, or felt something in your chest, you're qualified. The only requirement is curiosity and a willingness to feel.
The self-paced version gives you lifetime access to all recordings to move through in your own time. The live version is the same content experienced together with a small group and Pip across three Saturdays on Zoom, with live guidance, Q&A, and a shared container with integration time woven between each session. The live experience tends to go deeper because you're held and witnessed. It also counts as Level 1 towards facilitator training.
Yes, actually especially for you. Many women who feel put off by overly spiritual language find somatic work the most grounded, practical thing they've ever done. There's nothing to believe in. This is body science: nervous system regulation, emotional release, and embodied presence. You just need to show up.
The next live cohort runs in September 2026 across three Saturdays via Zoom. Spaces are limited to keep the container intimate. Applications are reviewed by Pip to make sure it's a good fit.
Yes, you have lifetime access. That said, the magic tends to happen when you commit to showing up. I encourage you to move through it gradually rather than leaving it for "someday."
